Introduction: Career coaches are experts in career counseling, career management, and developing strategic and tactical moves based upon your specific situation. During your session, you can focus on making a career transition, understanding your transferable skills, assessing your strengths and interests, and developing job search strategies and job search skills. You can use this time to discuss future coaching sessions. Some attendees sign up for more then one coach to compare and contrast coaching strategies and “fit.”
Private, 50 minute coaching sessions are available during the conference day. Below are the coach bios that you can select from.
You must register for the conference before purchasing your private coaching session.
Upon completion of your conference registration, come back to this page and select your coach from the choices below. When you choose the coach a screen will appear showing you (7) time slots for each coach. Choose the desired time slot. If that coach and selected time slot is not available, a message will appear stating “out of stock.” You can either pick a different time slot for that coach, or you can pick a different coach.
After paying for your coach, you will receive an email coaching confirmation. Please bring your confirmation to the registration area to meet your coach. Please arrive to the conference at least 30 minutes before your coaching session begins.
You will not be admitted to your pre-paid coaching session without having paid for the conference registration.

Romona Camarata, R. C. Consulting, Inc-LLC, Executive Coach, Career Transition Consultant
With over 20 years of progressive leadership in career coaching, Romona has exemplary leadership credentials and has been recognized as a Top Career Advisor in the industry. Romona is President of R. C. Consulting, an executive coaching firm specializing in working with executives with vocational and career assessments, strategic entrepreneurial coaching, and career transition. Romona is the ExecuNet Indiana Facilitator.
As a career expert, she has appeared regularly on a monthly television program with WXIN-TV in Indianapolis providing direction and encouragement on career transition and a regular guest on a weekly radio program WXNT/News Radio with Indiana Wesleyan University providing support to women in leadership who are thinking of transitioning from home into the workplace. Some of the publications Romona contributed to include: Expert Resumes for Career Changers, No-Nonsense Resumes-The Essential Guide to Creating Attention-Grabbing Resumes That Get Interviews & Job Offer, and to Indianapolis STAR newspaper, Career Section, “5 Interview Tips.” She holds a Masters Degree in Administrative and Supervision, with an Administrative License, from Butler University and recognition from her administrative peers as the “greatest change agent”. Bill Campbell
Bill is a Professional Business Consultant and Career Coach. He has over 30 years of exceptional performance as a scientist, leader and Human Resources professional in Research, Information Technology, and Human Resource functions at Eli Lilly and Company and Dow AgroSciences. Bill is a certified facilitator for Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (and Teens)" workshops, for Ken Blanchard's "Situational Leadership® II" organizational leadership workshops, and for Michelle and Dennis Reina’s “Trust and Betrayal in the Workplace” organizational and leadership development / assessment process. As a past consultant at Drake Beam Morin, Bill provided individual career transition counseling in face-to-face and “virtual / at-a-distance” settings and conducted group Career Transition and Retirement Success™ Workshops. He received his Master of Business Administration from Butler University, his Master of Science from Purdue University, and his Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Captain (retired) - U.S. Army (Air Defense Command), Lifetime Member – Penn State University Alumni Association, and Owner and Managing Principal – Vision of Camelot LLC – Professional Business Consulting Firm. Ron Ernst, President, Leadership Horizons, LLC

Ron’s background is a collage of theory, practical application, and pragmatic “bottom line” recommendations. His style is direct with an edge you’ll find challenging and usually a bit humorous. Ron has a BS from Indiana University, an MBA from The Ohio State University, and is Reality Therapy Certified by the William Glasser Institute. Ron’s book, RealTime Coaching, is the basis for his management training program that has been attended by more than 3,500 managers in North America. Prior to starting his practice in 1983 Ron was an Executive Vice President with Management Horizons now a division of PriceWaterhouse.
Mary Anne Hoffman, Better 2 Best Coaching
Through her business, Better 2 Best Coaching, Mary Anne Hoffman, SPHR, helps people discover "exceptional can be the norm". She assesses clients and coaches them through career exploration and transition. Using a proven strategy, she excels at coaching those wishing to achieve higher performance. Her methods have enabled her clients to achieve a much desired work life balance and new found career satisfaction.
Mary Anne has had 25+ years of success in HR strategic/leadership roles with Fortune 50 companies. Her career has included diverse assignments in advertising, automotive and aircraft manufacturing and the airline industry. In addition, she has taught at IU Kelley School of Business-Bloomington, in the area of career exploration.
An honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she earned an MBA at Miami University(Ohio). She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is qualified to administer/interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory. She is currently enrolled in the Executive Coaching Program at the University of Texas-Dallas earning International Coach Federation credentials.

Kimberly Delcoco

In business, Kimberly was in management at HealthSouth a Fortune 200 company
and then held an executive level management position at a national
publisher. In 1999, Kimberly transitioned into human resources. She was a
corporate trainer for a division of Saks Fifth Avenue corporate office,
a Fortune 500 company. After two successful careers in Corporate America,
Kimberly then transitioned out of the corporate world and now pursues a
career as a business/life coach and motivational speaker.
Bob Andrew
Bob Andrew has over 30 years of experience in all facets of Career
Transition, Human Resources and Administrative Management, the last 15 of
which have been heavily focused in providing Career Transition services,
from helping individual clients to managing Career Centers associated with
large corporate downsizings. His expertise lies in his ability to assist a
broad range of individuals from senior executives to production employees.
He has led or has been a member of Career Center Management Teams for
companies such as Sears, Amoco, AT & T, Inland Steel, Pitney Bowes, Hewlett
Packard and others. His success as a corporate coach extends from middle and
senior management to executive teams. Bob's career has been grounded in
several executive leadership positions within the banking industry, most
recently as a Senior Vice President where his responsibilities included
human resources, marketing, planning, operational administration, and sales.
Bob holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago in Personnel Management
and a BA in Economics from St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota.
