Now in our fourth year, seasonedPRO has signed contracts with the University of California, Ohio State University, Indiana University and other leading universities to produce Experienced Alumni Career Advancement Conferences.
The unique recruiting strategy behind these conferences embeds a job fair-like activity within a career educational conference.
Working professionals hear about the conference through an expansive targeted alumni marketing campaign implemented by the sponsoring university alumni association.
Alumni participate in the conference to learn how to advance their career. In addition, they also have the opportunity to informally talk to employers--- and create a semi-active and passive candidate pool.
Work from Home and Feel like a Corporate Executive
Your initial role with seasonedPRO will be to work from your home-office selling “speed recruiting” roundtables primarily to employers with 1000+ employees.
When you sell to employers, you will:
- Represent a product that is unique in the marketplace and easily differentiated from any other type of recruiting service.
- Receive comprehensive marketing support to achieve sales success through ongoing product training, well-tuned marketing materials, sales lead inquiries, testimonials from current clients and easy to use CRM to increase your sales effectiveness.
- Earn from $4,000 to $8,000 per month based upon the number of hours you work, your selling skills and personal contacts you bring to the table.
- Be given the opportunity to grow into marketing and management positions.

Is This Job Right For You?
Successful seasonedPRO sales associates have these qualifications:
- Past success in marketing employment services to corporate HR professionals and senior line executives to companies with 1,000 or more employees.
- Extensive work experience as an internal recruiter, third-party recruiter, staffing agency manager, or account manager selling a related employment service or recruitment technology product.
- The ability to work independently from your home without day-to-day supervision.
- The ability to provide customer support after the sale.
- Possess computer skills necessary to communicate electronically with potential buyers and track your call activity using our CRM.
- A strong belief and commitment to the seasonedPRO business model.
- A strong skill in selling through a combination of identifying decision makers, using networking skills to reach them, making sales presentations by phone, and answering sales inquiries.

Background
seasonedPRO has created, developed and successfully implemented a new business model that serves three markets:
- University career center and alumni relations offices that need to find more effective ways to better reconnect and serve their older alumni population.
- Employers looking for cost-effective ways to recruit well educated experienced employees to meet the growing labor shortage found in many industries and occupations.
- Alumni that recognize that growing global competition, mergers and acquisitions and changes in HR polices have clearly placed career management responsibility on their shoulders.
After several years in development, seasonedPRO recently held its “first event” on the campus of UCLA. Over 350 alumni and other well-educated attendees came to network and met with recruiters from 25 prominent employers and sponsors including companies such as Toyota, Capital Group, Amgen, Boeing, Deloitte and Touche and other corporate household names.
Conferences are currently scheduled with Arizona State University, University of Indiana, University of Houston, and UCLA. Other schools are in various stages of partnership.
Our Business Plan calls for significant growth over the next three years; we expect to exit through a sale to a larger entity in the personnel supply industry or related strategic partner that believes our product is synergistic with theirs.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an executive with extensive experience and contacts in the HR, staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition, human resource outsourcing, and outplacement fields. This person will share responsibility with the CEO developing and implementing a Strategic Plan.
The executive will be expected to function as a principal thought leader and strategist for the organization and as a member of the senior management team, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Advisory Board.
As a member of senior management, this person will work with other members of the team to develop profitable growth strategies consistent with the organization’s mission while serving as the conscience of the organization to ensure that assets are protected and that profits, cash flow and return on invested capital are managed for the long-term.
The individual will also be an operating executive capable of managing the details of the business. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operating and technical skills, with an emphasis on Internet marketing and employment service delivery.
This position provides for an opportunity to become the Chief Operating Officer upon achievement of company performance objectives.
Key Working Relationships
You will report to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and have management responsibility for achieving mutually agreed upon financial business objectives. You will work with sales, marketing support, conference management, customer service and a technology support team.
Compensation
Compensation for the position include a combination of an early stage base salary, performance bonuses, and equity position (earned after meeting specific performance milestones) as well as a full range of benefits and a great entrepreneurial, start up environment, headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA with an emphasis in entrepreneurial studies, with a focus on marketing.
- 5 or more year’s relevant background with management experience
- 2 or more years creating and executing recruitment and career service marketing plans.
- Personal experience selling employment services to corporate HR staffing professionals and recruiters.
- Well connected and recognized within the HR recruitment community.
- Product development experience introducing new recruitment services to the marketplace.
- Understanding the career development needs of the professional, well-educated employee and how to market job search and career services to them.
- B to B and B to C Internet marketing and advertising savvy.
- Experience with marketing job fairs and conference sponsorships.
- Comfortable with and desires challenges and responsibilities associated with a early stage startup company, and a work ethic consistent with “Whatever It Takes to Get the Job Done.”
