The unique seasonedPRO recruitment process allows you to meet experienced alumni in a relaxed, collegial setting conducive to attracting successful, employed professionals.

The day will start at 2:00 pm when you sign in at the registration desk. You will be led to your roundtable where you and an associate from your company will be seated in a large banquet room. You can bring more than 2 associates at an additional cost.

A sign for your company will already be on the table to make it easy for alumni to find you. Also, as alumni register for the conference, they have the option of pre-scheduling a seat at your table, posting their resume and viewing your job postings.

An orientation to the recruitment roundtable process will be led by a seasonedPRO representative from 2:30 to 3:00 pm. At 3:00 pm, alumni will begin visiting your table in small groups of up to 8, every 30 minutes.

Other than bringing recruitment material (bring 100 handouts), there is nothing else to bring or prepare. During each 30 minute session (10 minutes of each session is left for alumni to change tables) you will have the opportunity to present information about your company and learn about the potential candidates:

  • Get a quick read on alumni qualifications
  • Exchange resumes and business cards

By registering early, you will have more attendees view your job openings, pre-schedule a seat at your table and gain early access to alumni that choose to post their resume. conference registration includes a list of all attendee that have agreed to share their contact information with others.

Note: For an additional charge, you can attend the morning and lunch portions of the conference and informally network with alumni, attend the career advancement strategy workshops and enjoy the key note speakers over a catered lunch.
