Introduction: The difference between career and executive coaches: Career coaches tend to focus on career transition, understanding job options, assessments of strengths and interests, and developing job search strategies and job search skills. Executive coaches typically provide services to director- level and higher managers and executives. Executive coaching focuses on achieving faster career advancement (usually within the context of your current employer), increasing leadership effectiveness, and helping business owners grow their business.
Private coaching sessions are available for $50 (50 minutes) during most of the conference day and early evening. Below are the coach bios that you can select from.
You must register for the conference before purchasing your private coaching session.
Upon completion of your conference registration, come back to this page and select your coach from the choices below. When you choose the coach a screen will appear showing you (7) time slots for each coach. Choose the desired time slot. If that coach and selected time slot is not available, a message will appear stating “out of stock.” You can either pick a different time slot for that coach, or you can pick a different coach.
After paying for your coach, you will receive an email coaching confirmation. Please bring your confirmation to the
seasonedPRO information booth located in the registration area to meet your coach. Please arrive to the conference at least 30 minutes before your coaching session begins.
You will not be admitted to your pre-paid coaching session without having paid for the conference registration.

Janette Kinnally, Executive Coach
Janette is a business and career development coach and consultant who worked for companies including DIRECTV, Disney and KPMG. She has been in the field of career management since 1991. Known for producing results with her clients, Janette has extensive experience working in career management, small business development, leadership development and career transition. Janette utilizes various assessment tools to assist with this process when working with her clients including: MBTI, LPI, DISC and Career Anchors. She also focuses on the persons’ vision, values, and goals and together they develop a clear action plan to walk away with to ensure success.
Janette facilitates workshops and seminars in career development and career transition and small business development. A couple of her most popular seminars have been: Vision, Passion, Purpose; Create the Work you Love; Creativity in the Workforce, and Entrepreneurial Success Program. She includes many resources and tools that participants walk away with at the end of her programs.
Janette holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Management. She attended the Coaches Training Institute certificate program in San Francisco, an ICF (International Coaches Federation) accredited program, and California State University, Long Beach coaching and mentoring certificate program. She is currently on the National Board of Directors for the organization Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.

Dr. Reri MacLean, Principal, Keller-MacLean

Dr. Reri MacLean brings thirty years experience in consulting, coaching and customized assessment services to manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and biotechnology, financial and professional services.
Reri’s firm specializes in simple, elegant assessment and executive development. Her leadership coaching is based on the premise that humans are rewarded by and have a natural capacity to “interrogate reality” to expand their perspectives and options. Reri partners with leaders to combine what’s working with new behaviors that are supported by the larger perspective. The current or target company’s culture, business objectives, and strategies inform the coaching partnership and are reflected in the coaching outcomes.
Reri is Past President of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA-LA) and President-elect of PCMA-National. A regular speaker on Emotional Intelligence, communication, and leadership, she presented at SHL’s international assessment conference, the International Coaching Federation, the National Association of Women Business Owners, Professionals in Human Resources Association, the California Society for Clinical Social Work, UCLA Extension classes, Chambers of Commerce, Parent Education seminars and the San Fernando Valley Asian-Pacific Islanders Council.
She earned a BA in Humanities from Macalester College, a postgraduate degree in Montessori Education, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Whitworth College. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver. Reri’s children enjoy careers in marketing, healthcare and financial services.

Cory Halbardier, Marketing Consultant and Executive Coach
Cory and his team’s primary work is assisting small business leaders to experience rapid and sustainable growth in their companies. Cory is a marketing consultant and executive coach working with the Strategic Business Advisory Network (SBAN,) with clients such as American Express, Bosley Medical Center, Berto-Co, Cedar Sinai Medical Center, Fabtech Motors, First Capital Lending Group, Orange County Container, Topline Manufacturing, and many more.
He works with the leaders to define the vision of the company. Then with market research, decide on a marketing and business strategy that will fulfill the vision. The SBAN team (including over 15 other professionals) takes responsibility for the implementation of the plan with its creative/branding team, technology team, and sales training/coaching team. As the company grows, Cory coaches the leaders to create cohesive teams that work toward the shared vision of the company so that they may sustain rapid growth.

Daisy Swan, Career Strategist, Owner Daisy Swan & Associates
Daisy Swan, MA, CPCC, career strategist, coach and counselor, has worked with hundreds of clients for almost 20 years. Known for her compassionate and straightforward approach, Daisy guides her clients to clarify their career aspirations, and strategically develop their direction while supporting them as they find and take the necessary steps to realize their professional and personal goals. Daisy is owner of Daisy Swan & Associates, a firm that provides one-on-one and group coaching, and has been a career professional in private practice for 12 years serving a broad population of senior executives, attorneys, sales and IT professionals, writers, producers, actors and new grads. She also has 10 years of career counseling and presentation experience at several major universities helping graduate students prepare for career transitions and supporting them in their job search. Dr. Fereshteh Amin, Leadership Coach
Dr. Fereshteh Amin is a leadership coach and organizational development consultant. Her coaching is a blend of practical application and research based proven strategies. She offers her clients with different cultures tools to discovering their unique strengths and using bi-cultural creativity for personal leadership.
Dr. Amin is a published author and researcher with research papers presented in various International leadership, management and educational conferences, including Hawaii International Conference on Education, Western Decision Science Institute, and Association for Global Business.
Her doctoral dissertation includes original research about the unique ways that the first generation of Iranian successful leaders created social and financial success in the United States. She has been interviewed on radio and has given several public speeches regarding her study.
Her background includes being an Organizational Development consultant, trainer, facilitator, change agent, and academic editor.
Fereshteh earned her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, 2006, MBA from Industrial Management Institute of Tehran, 1993, and B.S. in statistics from Shiraz University.
She earned a Coaching and Mentoring Certificate from California State University, Long Beach in 2003.
Dr. Amin is a board member of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association in Los Angeles and serves as Board of Visitors for Graduate School of Education and Psychology in Pepperdine University.

KATHRYN D. McKEE, SPHR
Kathryn D. McKee, SPHR, is President of Human Resources Consortia, a consultancy specializing in providing solutions to Human Resources issues and serves as its President and principal consultant. Prior to forming her own firm, she was Senior Vice President and Regional Human Resources Director for Standard Chartered Bank, Senior Vice President Human Resources for First Interstate Bank Limited, And SVP Compensation and Benefits at First Interstate Bancorp.
She has served as an adjunct Coach and Transitions Counselor for Right Management Consultants since 2007 where she worked with all levels of employees in transition, with emphasis on executive and senior management.
Previously, McKee had been Manager, Corporate Compensation; Director, Equal Employment Opportunity; and Director, Management Development at Twentieth-Century Fox Film Corp. She also served as Director, Industrial Relations for Cal Custom/Hawk Division, Orion Industries, and Manager, Corporate Compensation at Mattel, Inc.
McKee’s publications include “Leading People Through Disasters: An Action Guide”; the chapter, “Moving as the Markets Move: Planning for Resizing”, published in “Resizing the Organization; “Human Resources: Insurrection or Resurrection” published in the Human Resource Management Journal”; “New Compensation Strategies for Emerging Career Patterns” which was published by HR Magazine and won the distinguished William W. Winter Award from the American Compensation Association.
McKee is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara. e completed the UCLA Certificate Program in Business Management and the Anderson School of Management Executive Program.

Carl Wellenstein
Carl works with executives and mid-career managers as a career advisor and coach to help them explore new career options, transition to new jobs and careers, and deal more effectively with events that might be limiting their career progression in their chosen field.
Carl’s functional background is in accounting, finance and consulting services. A CPA and former partner with Arthur Young & Co (now Ernst & Young), he has held CFO and Controller roles in the savings and loan and business services industries. He owned an executive search business in the UK for seven years where he supervised four executive recruiters. While his background is financial, as a career advisor and coach, he has worked with executives in operations, logistics, sales and marketing, and computer operations.
His coaching training and expertise includes Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC), Coaching and Mentoring Certificate (Vance Caesar program), and over fourteen years working with executives as a catalyst for career change.
Carl has recently completed Make Your Job Search a Career Search, a comprehensive book that takes executives and mid-career managers through an effective career search process to their career destiny. The book has been in development for over three years. A publisher is now being sought.
