Cancellations:
Cancellations received in writing ten business days prior to the event are fully refundable, less a $25 processing fee. Registrations are transferable and require advance notification. |

Registration Payment Information and Options
- PayPal is used to process your electronic registration.
- PayPal does not accept all types of American Express CORPORATE cards. Most Amex cards are fine but be aware that some Amex cards (Gold) have higher online security requirements. We suggest you use a Visa or Mastercard for the purchase.
- This is an electronic ticket. You will get a receipt sent to your email, which we recommend you print and bring to the event. No other paper tickets will be issued. If you use a credit card, the transaction will appear on your bill as “PAYPAL: SeasonedPRO.”
- For those who prefer to register by mail, please send a check made out to SeasonedPRO for the correct amount and include your full contact information, including email. Mail to SeasonedPRO, 8491 West Sunset Boulevard, Suite 750, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Payment must be postmarked prior to January 9,2006 to receive the early bird discount rate. In addition, please email or call our customer service office and notify us that you are sending a check.

- All conference events will be located at UCLA Covel Commons at Sunset Village, third Floor.
- Parking on Friday, January 27th: Proceed to Lot 7.
- Parking on Saturday, January 28th: Proceed to Sunset Village Parking, Lot SV.
- Parking for either lot is $8.00/day.
