Day 1: Meet Your Next Employer "Speed Recruitment" Roundtables

• In a unique "Speed Recruitment" format, talk with prominent hiring employers representing many industries and fields, every half-hour, in direct, accessible executive roundtable meetings.
• Network over breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks with fellow alumni.
• Learn from a panel of executive search and outplacement experts about how to effectively communicate your skills, talents and abilities to current and prospective employers and recruiters.
• Listen in on a panel of experts from the world’s largest international staffing companies as they discuss current local labor market needs, skills currently being sought by local employers, and real world realities of your marketability.

Day 2: A Holistic Approach to Career Management

• Listen to inspiring keynote speakers.
• Choose from twelve interactive workshops and panels, covering a broad range of career development, career transition and job search issues, an efficient and productive way to learn how to better manage your career.
• Participate in various town hall meetings facilitated by industry experts.
• Gain access to resources after the conference to help you continue managing your career effectively.
• Network with a dynamic and supportive community of University of Houston alumni and other professionals over breakfast, lunch, coffee and snack breaks.
