Instructions:
- Early Registration Benefit: One, free coaching session will be provided if you register for both days of the conference. Coaches and coaching times available on a first come, first served basis.
- You must first register for the conference to schedule your personalized coaching session. Please go to this link to register for the conference.
- To reserve your Personalized Career Coaching Session:
- Click Here to determine if your coach of your choice and time is available.
- Upon completion of your conference registration, a special pass code will be provided to you via email to allow you to schedule a coach. Upon receipt of your pass codes, please schedule your coaching session as soon as possible to get your desired time and career coach.
- You will receive an email coaching confirmation. Please bring your confirmation with you to the seasonedPRO booth located in the registration area. Please arrive to the conference at least 30 minutes before your coaching session begins.

Kathy Bowersox
Ms. Bowersox is a Psychotherapist and Executive, Career, and Licensed Professional Business Coach, known for helping people create success in their businesses, careers, and lives. She coaches entrepreneurs and people from all organizational levels, through their career and company growth, advancement, and transitions, by tapping into their "occu-passion," and providing tools, action steps, and accountability that allow them to create sustainable behavioral change and improve performance to launch their quantum leap to success.
Previously, Ms. Bowersox had an extensive and successful career in the natural gas industry.
Ms. Bowersox earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston and her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She received coach training through MentorCoach, the Coach Training Alliance, and the Professional Business Coaches Alliance. She serves on several Advisory Boards, collaborates on projects with the Bauer College of Business at UH, and fosters rescued Dobermans.

Dick Huiras
Dick Huiras is president of H & A International in Houston, a consulting firm specializing in executive and business coaching. His experience both in national and international business and owning four successful businesses gives him a unique insight to executive, management and team coaching. Dick has been coaching since 1983 and is a member of the International Coaching Society, Coaching Network and Coach Lab International. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology and Master's in Behavioral Psychology while flying for the United States Air Force. Dick is the author of ICS-CONNECT, one of the fastest growing Psychometric assessments in the USA and Europe.

Bill Proctor
Bill has vast experience in operational management, information technology, and product distribution for both large and small company enterprises. His broad range of entrepreneurial success, professional experience and years of executive coaching provide him the depth of skill needed in developing client assessments and ultimately in career placement. In business, as a manager responsible for teams, groups, departments and a division, he has always been successful in reorganizing to optimize for effectiveness, while improving morale and confidence for future success. Bill has a strong empathy for the unique situations and demands upon executive managers and leaders. He gets a great deal of satisfaction out of using his gifts, abilities, and expertise in helping others succeed in their goals by believing in what they are gifted with and finding out how to use it effectively. Bill graduated from University of California Riverside with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Jackie Verity
Jackie Verity, owner of Kaleidoscope Careers, has over 20 years experience in human resources and career consulting, much of it gained in an international environment. Jackie is an Associate Consultant with Right Management, the global career transition and outplacement consultancy. Her particular strength lies in working one-on-one with clients in transition. Jackie assists clients with self-assessment, preparation of resumes and cover letters, networking, job market research and successful interviewing and negotiation techniques. She graduated with a BA Honors degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University in the UK. While in Houston, she has completed her MBA by distance learning with the UK's Open University. She is Myers Briggs (MBTI®) Qualified and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research, the Association for Psychological Type and the Association of Career Professionals.

Terry Devlin
Terry is a licensed psychotherapist and Career Counselor who offers a full spectrum of services to individuals and organizations which include, Career Transition Counseling, Executive Coaching, Organizational Development and Training. Terry holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Houston.
Prior to his experience as a Career Counselor, Mr. Devlin held management positions in the Hotel Industry. He has had direct P&L responsibility for complex and operations and had direct management oversight for as many as 110 employees and managed operations, as well as sales and marketing.
Mr. Devlin's counseling education and business background provides a unique perspective and has proven to be extremely valuable when working with his clients.

Marilee Paiuk
Marilee Paiuk is president of MLP Search and Consulting, Inc. and has more than 10 years experience in executive search, and she has developed a strong track record placing sales and marketing professionals in a number of fields including software, oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities, automotive, life sciences, financial and other professional services. To accomplish this, Ms. Paiuk leverages her unique and extensive background in sales, sales management and educational/industrial psychology. Before she entered the field of executive search Marilee was a sales leader at Administaff, the nation’s leading professional employer organization. While there she won National Honors for her sales accomplishments in the field. Prior to Administaff, she served as a field sales director for an international tour company which merged with an affiliate of American Express.
Marilee has a Bachelor of Science degree from State University College of Buffalo, a Master of Arts at the University of Connecticut and completion of her course work for her PhD in the area of Educational Psychology.
