On behalf of the SeasonedPRO team, I want to thank University of Houston and Bauer College of Business for partnering with us to produce an Experienced Alumni Recruitment & Career Conference, held at University of Houston Alumni Facility on November 17 & 18, 2006.

Here are the highlights:

Paid Attendees

• Unique Attendee Paid Registrations: 92
• 78% registered within three weeks prior to the event
• 6% of total registrations were walk-ins
• Approximately 25, no-cost coaching sessions were provided.
• Percentage of attendees authorizing SeasonedPRO to exchange emails: 66%
• Attendee and employer phone call inquiries: 175

Conference Attendee Evaluations

• 89% rated the Friday overall conference as either Meeting or Exceeding their expectations
• 92% rated the Saturday overall conference as either Meeting or Exceeding their expectations
• For both Friday and Saturday, 100% of the attendees responding to the survey would "Recommend This Conference to Others."
• Attendee survey responses rated all the speakers as "Good" or "Excellent" with a score of 85% or more with the exception of one.
• 100% of the attendee survey responses indicated that the topics offered should be included in future conferences with a score of either "Absolutely" or "Yes" with the exception of one.

Attendee Demographics

• Education:
  • 5% of the attendees earned less than a Bachelor's Degree
  • 41% earned a Bachelor's Degree
  • 54% of the attendees indicated they had advanced degrees
• Average Year of Graduation: 1993
• 51% had less than 20 years of experience
• 58% indicated they were employed full time
• Many fields of work were represented with these fields being most represented in descending order: Management, Marketing, Consulting, Sales, Finance and Information Tech.
